This policy explains how Tarot With Rajeev handles information shared through the website and directly during bookings, consultations and follow-ups.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred service, scheduling details, timezone, and the message or question you choose to share. Our private customer directory also records consultation history, meeting notes and follow-up tasks. If you choose to share them for your consultation, we may record your date of birth, birth time and birthplace. Birth details are optional.

How We Use It

Your information is used to respond to inquiries, coordinate bookings, send session details, provide client support, and maintain customer and consultation records. We use completed consultation dates to track follow-ups and may display age calculated from a supplied date of birth.

Payments and Third Parties

Razorpay processes payments. This website stores booking details, payment references and payment status, but does not collect your card number, CVV or banking password. Firebase hosts the website and stores booking, inquiry and private customer records. Google Fonts serves website fonts. If you choose to contact Rajeev on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy terms also apply.

Confidentiality

Customer profiles, birth details and meeting notes are available only to authorized workspace administrators and are not included on customer payment receipts. Questions and session context are treated with care and are not sold. Information may be shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, or protect safety.

Retention and Requests

To request access, correction or deletion of your information, contact rajeev.tiwari@me.com or use the WhatsApp link on this website. Records are kept for booking support, payment reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Information required for these purposes may need to be retained.
